Just bought a used Honda Civic from Chad Bowers at North Plainfield Nissan. Not even painful! He was very helpful and answered all of our questions, and was willing to work with us to find a way to make the care affordable. Usually buying a car is less than a fun experience but Chad made it almost enjoyable. Thank you for helping us to buy my nephew his first car!
Very friendly and attentive staff. Clean and tidy atmosphere. Good prices. I would have given 5 stars, but we were not able to make a deal on the vehicle I wanted. I will go back and try again next time I'm in the market for a Nissan.

After finally deciding my Honda Civic was no longer fit to drive, I set out looking for my next vehicle. This was the first car I was going to buy on my own so I wanted to make sure it was something practical, but also something I would love. After speaking with TJ, one of the most knowledgeable salespeople I have met thus far, I was able to purchase a car that fit all my criteria. TJ was very patient, giving me all the information I needed in addition to various buying options that would fit my budget. He genuinely cared about my experience and worked hard to ensure I was happy and fully informed. Once I’m done with this vehicle I know I will be returning because of him and his outstanding customer service.
I went in to test drive a bunch of trucks and they took the time for me, were polite and professional. After test driving 3 trucks over the course of about an hour, I still was unsure of which I wanted to buy. They didn't hound me or pressure me into buying, they politely gave me the freedom to make up my mind. Used trucks are tough because when you find the right one it may be at another dealership than the one you used up all their time test driving! (Which is what happened) but if I found the one here, I would have had no problem pulling the trigger with this dealership. But I think that's how good business is done, you put in your best effort and are professional with potential customers, and it will pay off. That's how they seem to run things here, not desperate for every sale. Anyway, just wanted to post a good review since I didn't buy here!
