So we walked in with our two cars, and left very happily some hours later with two brand new Jeep Compass SUV's and we couldn't be happier... This is on top of the used car we bought from Ian that weekend before for an aunt.
I had multiple bad experiences with the service department I used to go to in Staten Island and that made me not want to purchase any genesis cars anymore. I decided to try another service department and to went to global auto mall to give it another shot and I must say, that changed my mind completely. Global auto mall service department is great, professional and honest. I would like to thank Angelica for going above and beyond to provide great customer service. This was the best service appt I have ever experienced at a dealership. I made the appt online for same day service, was taken immediately, ushered into a pleasant and comfortable waiting area, left in an hour and since it was my first oil change with my new car, the service was free! I'm not sure that it gets better than this! Awesome...hope my next one is as good!
First time here for a service for 2016 Chevy Colorado. As always I was a little Leary dealing with a dealership on regular maintenance with the fear of being talked into something I really didn't need. Also having to deal with rude and unhelpful employees. But I must say this dealership exceeded my expectations in every way. Process of getting my car in and out was easy the techs we're polite and knowledgeable. I dealt with Matt at the service counter and he was very professional and courteous. It's good to know that dealerships have changed their ways and are really catering to the needs of their customers. I would highly recommend this dealership for service and I would even buy a car here if I needed one in the future. Great job
Well after Ian helped us with test driving (and not just up and down 22 as most places wanted us to do) our decision was made easier. Now all we had to do was decide on the trim levels and sort out the lease information.
Ian makes the process easy, he is a rare breed of salesperson who not only listens to what you describe as being important to you, he also understand when to press and when to back away. If you have ever been hard sold on a car walked away then you will know what I mean, Ian consults with you on what you want and tries to find the best solution possible.
