Brad and his crew replaced failing slates (incorrectly installed by prior roofer) on the roof of our 19th century farm house and did a fantastic job. Their professionalism and workmanship is top notch. We are getting compliments on the roof from everyone that comes out to the home.
His crew was very clean, courteous, and meticulous with their work. They also were using the proper safety harnesses. His work is fantastic and I highly recommend his company.
Had a leak second floor of house master bedroom bathroom. Water was pouring in on a heavy storm day in the bathroom, and also travelling across back of house along side seeping into bedrooms. I could see water stains in fromt bedrooms and stains in middle of front living room ceiling. I called Brad via Home Advisor and he came over very next day. I showed him the stains, and within 5min he said he knew what it was, and gave me a quote. He said he would double check. He grabbed his ladder, climbed onto my roof and again confirmed rubber rings around vents were worn, and nail had gotten loose on shingle roof. Side note Brad is one INTERESTING guy. He has some really interesting stories. I commuted immediately. He was one of the most professional contractors I have ever worked with. He typed up an estimate, we set a date, and he got the job done. He sent me a bill after job was complete. I would use him again, and am recommending him to friend. Leak has gone. .
The owner, Brad, was very quick to come out and give me an estimate on the work. Upon starting the job, a flat roof over a porch on my home, his crew discovered and showed me extensive structural damage to the beams from rot as well as the damage to the plywood. The job ended up being a bit larger than what I anticipated which I was hoping to be a patch job, but the pricing was extremely fair and satisfactory and the roof turned out great! Not to mention they finished in a day!
Two weeks later, he swung by to my neighbors house and offered to go ahead and hammer down a few shingles on the rest of my house, free of charge, without even asking.
I had a leak this past spring and called about 5 different companies to come over and help out. Needleman was the first to come out and fixed it on the spot. They let me know that I was missing some shingles and offered to fix those as well. The charges were minimal for fixing everything. They also told me that I should look into getting the roof replaced due to the age. Fast forward 3 months and I'm interviewing multiple people to replace the roof. I had contractors try and tell me all kinds of lies to try and inflate the price. Needleman Roofing gave it to me straight without trying to gouge me for anything. I went with them and couldn't be happier. The customer service is great and so is their workmanship. I really appreciate the work that they did and the honesty that they provided. I HIGHLY recommend giving them an opportunity to complete your project.
All in all, great experience, friendly people and highly competent... would recommend to others!
I am a Licensed Home Inspector in NJ so I am very familiar with roofing and the proper applications involved when it's done correctly. Brad Needleman and his crew were very professional throughout the whole process. My roof consists of many angles and dormers including a flat roof that turned out to be a problem (which many flat roofs with skylights are) when it was ripped off. He showed me the concern with the flat roof and we were able to make a decision to fix it properly.
